A little refresh
Freya Louise Pilates is now Freya Louise Flow.
When I first created Freya Louise Pilates, I was only teaching Pilates classes. Over time, my teaching naturally grew to include yoga, mindful movement, mobility and recovery too, so I wanted the new space to better reflect everything I now offer and the different ways you can work with me.
Alongside teaching, completing my reformer training and Yin yoga training gave me a much deeper understanding of how the body moves, the importance of recovery and how movement can support us both physically and mentally. Combined with my own experiences through running, it’s really shaped the way I now approach movement and the way I teach classes.
I’ve become really passionate about functional movement and helping people build strength, mobility and balance in a way that supports everyday life and helps us continue moving well as we get older. For me, movement is about so much more than exercise. It’s about creating habits and routines that help us feel good in our bodies long term.
Alongside the new name, the website has had a refresh too, with updated class information, journal posts and a few new additions that I’ll be sharing over the coming months.
I’ve loved creating a space that feels calm, welcoming and much more reflective of the direction the brand has naturally grown into over time.
