Every body is different. Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering from injury, managing hypermobility, returning to movement, or simply wanting to feel stronger in everyday life, your sessions are tailored to your body, your goals and your journey.
I don't believe movement should simply be about exercising more—it's about moving better.
Every private session is designed around you as an individual. We'll take the time to understand how your body moves, what's important to you and what you want to achieve, creating a programme that supports you both inside and outside of our sessions together.
For some, that's preparing their body for birth. For others, it's building strength and stability, managing pain, improving mobility, recovering from injury, or gaining the confidence to return to movement. Whatever your goal, we'll work together to help you move with greater confidence, freedom and ease.
My aim isn't simply for you to leave feeling like you've had a great workout. I want you to leave understanding your body a little better than when you arrived, with the confidence and knowledge to keep moving well long after our session has finished.
Pilates and yoga are simply the tools we use to get there.

We'll chat about your lifestyle, movement history, goals and any injuries or concerns before working through a personalised session together.
From there, every session is adapted to how you're feeling that day, allowing us to build strength, confidence and resilience at a pace that feels right for you.
