Why I do what I do…

I've always believed movement should help us live better—not simply exercise more.

Whether I'm supporting a mum-to-be preparing for birth, helping someone feel stronger and more confident as they age, or working with a runner who wants to stay injury-free, my goal is always the same: to help you understand your body, move with confidence and feel stronger in everyday life.

Pilates and yoga are simply the tools we use to get there.

Movement has the power to transform so much more than our physical health. It can help us feel stronger, calmer and more connected to ourselves. It can build confidence, reduce pain, improve mobility and give us the freedom to keep doing the things we love.

At Freya Louise Flow, my approach combines Pilates, yoga, breath and mindful movement to meet you exactly where you are. Every body is different, which is why every session is tailored to your individual needs, goals and stage of life.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time, returning to movement after injury, navigating pregnancy, managing hypermobility, or simply wanting to feel stronger in your everyday life, my aim is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged and empowered.

More than anything, I want you to leave each session understanding your body a little better than when you arrived.

My classes are welcoming, encouraging and completely judgement-free. We'll celebrate progress in all its forms, move with intention and, most importantly, enjoy the process along the way.

I'm currently based in South West London, teaching weekly studio classes, private sessions and corporate wellbeing classes, helping people build strength, improve mobility and reconnect with movement in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.

Freya’s Pilates Sculpt classes are unmatched. The flow is always so effortless it feels like a choreographed session rather than separate movements; I’m never aware of the time because the classes are so engaging.
