I teach Pilates and yoga classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and create space to slow down and reconnect. My approach combines mindful movement, breath and balance to help you feel stronger, calmer and more connected in everyday life.
Currently based in SW London, teaching weekly classes, privates & within the corporate space.
